The Santa Ana company, which owns and operates 10 television stations, posted a pro forma net loss of $5.4 million, or 32 cents a share, for the fourth quarter, compared with a year-earlier net loss of $4.7 million, or 29 cents a share, Revenue rose 14% to $20 million. For the year, the company lost $22 million, or $1.32 a share, compared with a net loss of $63.4 million, or $7.96 a share, for 1999. Revenue increased 22% to $73.4 million. The company completed its initial public offering in September 1999.
