The Vancouver Grizzlies’ impressive run came to an end.

Allen Iverson scored 36 points as the Philadelphia 76ers defeated Vancouver, 107-91, Wednesday night at Philadelphia, snapping the Grizzlies’ franchise-record five-game win streak.

“We showed our guys that we are not there yet,” said Vancouver Coach Sydney Lowe, whose team had won its previous three on the road. “We didn’t do the small things tonight that we had done during our streak.”

Iverson shot 13 for 17 from the free-throw line as the 76ers won their fifth consecutive.

“That team [Vancouver] is coming off of five straight wins and it was a struggle,” 76er Coach Larry Brown said. “You tell me that we won by 16 and I can’t believe it.”
