Public’s Help Sought in Tracking Down 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking four people for allegedly violating probation or failing to appear in court. An arrest warrant has been issued in each case.

Tracy Lee Holt, 29, allegedly violated his probation on multiple convictions for child molestation. He last lived in the 200 block of Hoover Avenue in Ventura.

He is white, 5 feet 11, 190 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. He has a large and a small eagle tattooed on his back and a Tasmanian devil on his left calf.

Katrina Ann Williamson, 28, failed to appear in court on charges of possessing and being under the influence of a controlled substance and giving false information to a peace officer.

Williamson, who also uses the first name Tina, is white, 5 feet 5, 130 pounds and has blond hair, blue eyes and three tattoos: the name Rose on her right wrist, “FTW” on her right hand and “SS” on her left wrist. She last lived in the 3000 block of Leeward Way in Oxnard.

Ray Dewey Bentley, 39, failed to appear in court for sentencing on convictions for possessing a controlled substance and possessing the drug for sale.

Bentley last worked at a Ventura department store and last lived in the 200 block of West Ramona Street in west Ventura. He is white, 6 feet tall, 170 pounds and has brown hair, brown eyes and several tattoos.

Alberto Escoto Alcala, 31, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for possessing a controlled substance. He last lived in the 100 block of East Santa Ana Street in Santa Paula.

Alcala, who also uses his middle name as his last name, is Latino, 6 feet tall, 310 pounds and has black hair, brown eyes, “P.B.Z.” tattooed on his left hand and the name Yolanda on his right forearm.
