Dusty Rychart scored 21 points, including two free throws with three seconds remaining in overtime, to lead Minnesota past Indiana, 78-74, Saturday at Minneapolis.

Minnesota (15-3, 3-2 in the Big Ten Conference) trailed 68-55 with 3:18 to play in regulation before scoring 14 of the last 15 points to tie the game. The Golden Gophers, on NCAA probation and a consensus pick to finish second-to-last in the Big Ten, have the most overall victories in the conference.

Kirk Haston had 17 points and 11 rebounds for Indiana (11-8, 2-3).
