Long Beach State 89, Cal Poly SLO 75--Travis Reed had 25 points and 10 rebounds to lead the 49ers to the Big West Conference victory over the Mustangs at the Pyramid.
Ron Johnson, Lemi Williams, and Ramel Lloyd each finished with 15 points for Long Beach State (10-8, 4-2).
Cal Poly SLO (6-9, 0-4) was led by Chris Bjorklund’s 23 points.
Long Beach led by as many as 18 points in the second half.
