Lillian Feldbaum; Retired L.A. Unified Secretary

Lillian B. Feldbaum of Westlake Village, a retired secretary, died Saturday at West Hills Hospital. She was 94.

She was born Lillian Batinkoff on May 27, 1906, in New York City and was married in 1932 to Max Feldbaum. For more than 20 years she worked as a secretary for the Los Angeles Unified School District.

A niece Feldbaum lived with, Lois Curran-Klein, said her aunt was a member of the Encino chapter of Hadassah and the Tarzana chapter of the Organization for Educational Resources and Technological Training.

In addition to her niece and a nephew, David Klein of Westlake Village, she is survived by her brother, Larry Batinkoff of Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years.

Graveside services are scheduled Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Pierce Bros. Valley Oaks Memorial Park in Westlake Village, which handled the arrangements.
