Woman Badly Hurt After Being Struck While Crossing PCH
A Huntington Beach woman was seriously injured Monday when she was hit by a car while walking her dog, police said.
Diana Le, 48, was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange in “very serious” condition after being struck by a car while crossing Pacific Coast Highway at Seapoint Avenue about 6 p.m., said Lt. Bill Peterson, a spokesman for the Huntington Beach Police Department. “Nobody really saw her,” he said.
The dog, Peterson said, sustained minor injuries.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
