New Law on Child Safety Seats

As of Jan. 1, California will require that children 6 and younger or those weighing 60 pounds or less be restrained in a child’s safety seat when in a moving vehicle. Children’s Hospital Orange County will offer classes on the proper use of these seats. Times, dates vary. Free. (714) 289-4084.
