3 City Officials Hurt in 3-Vehicle Accident

Pomona Mayor Eddie Cortez, Councilwoman Cristina Carrizosa and Arturo Jimenez, who serves on a city commission, are recovering from minor injuries after a freeway accident Tuesday involving three vehicles near Diamond Bar.
Paramedics took the three officials to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center. All were released later that day.
