The Ventura County district attorney’s office has filed to seize the Hells Angels’ Ventura headquarters, saying the house was used by the biker group to operate a drug ring.

Anna Ling, an attorney for Hells Angels leader George Christie Jr., who owns the clubhouse, said the D.A. first must prove that the property was bought with drug money or used for criminal activity. Christie is in jail awaiting trial in connection with the drug case.

Christie, 54, was one of 28 Hells Angels and associates indicted in February on suspicion of drug sales.
