The English duo of Felix Burton and Simon Radcliffe, who rocked the house-music world with their debut, “Remedy,” return with another hook-laden collection of dance tunes. There are a few highlights, particularly the playful, Spanish-tinged sultriness of “Broken Dreams.” Indeed, the grooves and production are solid throughout, but “Rooty” ultimately falls short. Next time they’d be wise to go with more heart and less polish.
