Investigators Search for Shooting Suspect
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department wants the public’s help in finding the killer of a young man whose body was found in the trunk of his burning car in Pico Rivera.
Alejandro Rangel Zamudio, 22, had been shot to death. His body was found last Feb. 19 in his his gray Toyota Corolla in an alley behind Telegraph Road, said Sgt. Vanette Ford.
No family members or friends came forward to identify Zamudio, Ford said.
Investigators believe he was from Texas and worked for a construction company.
