Two gunmen robbed a Wells Fargo Bank in Orange on Saturday and fled with an undisclosed amount of money, police said.

No one was injured in the 10:18 a.m. robbery of the bank inside the Stater Brothers supermarket at Prospect and Chapman avenues, said Lt. Bob Green.

The men, dressed in black and wearing hoods and gloves, entered the bank with handguns and demanded cash, Green said.

Police said the robbers fled the scene in a car, stolen in Los Angeles, and driven by a male, who drove to the rear of the shopping center. There, they ditched the car and jumped into another, driven by a female.

The two robbers hid in the trunk and the first getaway driver hopped into the front passenger seat, Green said.

The suspects were last seen driving east on Chapman Avenue in a black or dark maroon Ford or Mercury. Police and the FBI are investigating the robbery.
