2 Accused of Terrorizing Black Businessman
Two young white men were arrested Monday night on suspicion of making terrorist threats and stalking a black Canyon Country business owner every day for several months, authorities said.
Kevin Mitchell Conroy, 21, and David Wayne Haisten, 19, allegedly followed the victim from work at night, interfered with his ability to conduct business, insulted him with racial epithets and threatened to kill him, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Sgt. Richard Cohen said.
The two men were arrested by investigators from the sheriff’s Hate Crimes Unit as they were boarding a bus, Cohen said.
