Man Hospitalized After Fall From Moving Van
A 23-year-old man was in critical condition at a local hospital Saturday after falling from a moving van in Van Nuys, authorities said.
Los Angeles police detectives were investigating whether the man, whom they did not identify, jumped from the van or was pushed by the driver.
The man and the driver were arguing before the 6 a.m. incident in the 16800 block of Roscoe Boulevard, Sgt. John Cudworth said.
The driver told police the victim jumped from the van, which was traveling 35 mph to 40 mph.
No arrest had been made.
