A 43-year-old Claremont woman who disappeared Tuesday was found dead Friday morning in a Laughlin, Nev., hotel, police said.
Cynthia Randall’s body was found at 11:41 a.m. by housekeepers at the Pioneer Hotel. She appeared to have died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, Las Vegas Police Sgt. Christopher Darcy said.
Randall was a letter carrier with the post office in Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont police said.
She left her home at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, telling her daughter she was going out to do errands and would return shortly.
