It’s Not Fair to Label Three New Kings as DOA
I couldn’t help but notice the quarter-page ad that the Kings took out “welcoming” Adam Deadmarsh, Aaron Miller and Felix “the Cat” Potvin. But I’m confused. The ad appeared in the Saturday sports section. Shouldn’t it have been on the obituary page?

Now showing at Staples Center: Dave Taylor as the patsy. After working for the Kings, I can’t say I’m surprised by the insensitive arrogance of Tim Leiweke, and the trade of the best defenseman this city has seen. Leiweke was the “brilliant” mastermind behind this one. Taylor is the one taking the fall, and for that I do feel sorry for him.
