UC Irvine 84, Idaho 80--Freshman center Adam Parada scored seven points in overtime, including the go-ahead basket with 32 seconds left, to rally the Anteaters to a victory at Moscow, Idaho.

Parada finished with 13 points and 14 rebounds for the Anteaters (24-3, 15-1). Guard Jerry Green led all scorers with 25 points and also had 11 rebounds. Reserve Rodney Hilaire scored 22 points and had eight rebounds for the Vandals (6-21, 3-13), who will earn the No. 8 seed at the Big West Conference tournament if Long Beach loses at Pacific today.

It was a game of catch-up all night for Irvine, which had already won the conference regular-season title but needed a victory to set a school record for most wins in a season.
