Mother Confesses in Boy’s Slaying

The mother of a 3 1/2-year-old whose slaying prompted demonstrations against street crime has confessed to killing the boy, Bulgarian Interior Minister Emanuil Yordanov said.
Daniela Terziiska, 30, confessed to strangling her son Peter and dumping his body, then claiming that he had been abducted, Yordanov said.
The boy’s body was found in a park, prompting protests against the government’s anti-crime efforts.
