Palmdale Man Shot to Death During Robbery
A 30-year-old Palmdale man was fatally shot early Tuesday morning during a home invasion robbery at a friend’s home in Granada Hills, authorities said.
Reginald Moore was staying at the house in the 17200 block of Rinaldi Street when two people wearing masks broke into the house at 1:53 a.m. and shot Moore with a handgun, said Los Angeles Police Officer Mike Alexander.
Moore’s friend, who was uninjured, called police after the pair fled, Alexander said.
Moore, who police said worked as a musician, was taken to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, where he was pronounced dead at 2:38 a.m.
Police are asking anyone with information to call Devonshire Division homicide detectives at (818) 756-8291.
