Wine of the Week

Here’s a marvelous Cotes-du-Rhone, head and shoulders above most others in its class. With its beautiful ripe fruit and haunting perfume of ripe berries and plums, it hits very similar notes to the famed Chateauneuf-du-Pape appellation. It can hold its own against the vibrant flavors of Provencal cooking or California cuisine. A stunning wine! And considering this is producer Daniel Boulle’s first vintage, it’s even more remarkable.
