Cal State Fullerton’s women’s soccer team will tune up for its first appearance in the NCAA tournament when the Titans play their final Big West Conference match Friday at UC Riverside.

The Titans (12-6-0, 7-1-0 in the Big West) earned a share of their first Big West title by defeating Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and UC Santa Barbara last week.

With two weeks left in the Big West men’s soccer season, UC Santa Barbara and UC Irvine are battling for the conference title. Santa Barbara (9-4-3, 5-1-1) entered the week on top with 16 points after victories over Cal State Northridge and UC Riverside. Irvine (8-3-5, 4-0-2) has 14 points after defeating Fullerton last week and extending its unbeaten streak to a school-record eight games.

Santa Barbara plays Cal Poly San Luis Obispo on Friday. Irvine plays Riverside on Friday and Northridge on Sunday.
