From Times Wire Reports

Santa Barbara County supervisors placed County Administrator Michael F. Brown on a two-week, unpaid leave because at a managers’ meeting Nov. 2 he reportedly referred to all Muslims as terrorists.

Supervisors directed Brown to prepare a plan that would ensure “hearing and respecting the concerns and perspectives of other people, optimizing relationships with others, providing a safe environment for county employees to express concerns” and “outreach to the Islamic community and community bridge-building.”

Brown has already issued a public apology at an Islamic mosque.
