Prep Player Dies of Head Injuries

COLUMBUS, Ohio —
A football player from Delaware Buckeye Valley High died Saturday of head injuries suffered in a game eight days earlier.
Brandon Wade, 18, had been hospitalized at Ohio State University Medical Center.
The injury occurred Sept. 7 when Wade, a 5-foot-8, 150-pound senior outside linebacker, hit the crown of his head on the knee of a Sparta Highland ballcarrier.
