The New York-based theater group Naked Angels presents “Tape,” Stephen Belber’s emotional twister about how memory and reality intersect. Three friends from high school, reuniting 10 years later in a sordid motel room, present their own versions of a shocking sexual encounter. The West Coast premiere stars Dominic Fumusa, Josh Stamberg and Alison West, veterans of Broadway, the regional stage and film and TV.

Blink-182 isn’t playing this summer’s Warped Tour--Bad Religion and NOFX are the headline attractions there. But Blinkmen Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker will be on hand at the Key Club with their side band, Boxcar Racer, to headline a launch party for the high-decibel caravan, which comes to the L.A. Coliseum July 10-11.

Accidents happen and painful events unfold in “In On It,” a drama presented by one of Canada’s leading English-speaking theater companies, da da kamera. The spiraling theatrical narrative is about a dying man trying to make his final plans, lovers trying to make their relationship work and two men trying to create a play. da da kamera founder Daniel MacIvor stars in this unusual piece with Darren O’Donnell.

San Francisco-born, Newport Beach-based Ubiquity Records has released 100 albums of what the label calls “eclectic urban music,” which means everything from Afro Cuban to old funk, from hip-hop to cutting-edge electronic music. To celebrate its 100th offering, the company is staging a party featuring Francisco Aguabella, the Sons and Daughters of Lite, DJs Greyboy, Nobody, John Beltran, and other music, art and multimedia attractions.

The Huntington Library shows off its recently acquired collection of works by William Morris, a British artist and designer known as the father of the Arts and Crafts movement. The exhibition, “William Morris: Creating the Useful and the Beautiful,” which went on view earlier this week, includes examples of his work in a variety of media, from preliminary drawings to completed stained glass windows, wallpaper, printed fabrics, carpets, tapestries and books. The Huntington has the finest collection in the United States of the works of Morris.
