Officers Seek Gunman in Nightclub Shooting
Police are seeking a man with multiple scars on the back of his head in connection with a shooting Saturday outside a nightclub that killed a 17-year-old and injured three other people.
The gunman, described as being in his late teens or early 20s, had been thrown out of the Vitamin E Club in the 3100 block of 8th Street after getting into an argument. He returned to the club about 1:15 a.m. and started shooting at people standing in front of the business, said a Los Angeles police officer, Ed Funes.
Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call police at (213) 485-4061 or (877) LAW-FULL.
