Teenager Arrested in Taped Attack in Park
From Times Wire Reports
A teenager was charged with attacking a man in a park in a crime his friends videotaped as an “amusement,” authorities said.
Police arrested 17-year-old Michael J. Lasher of Titusville after a school police officer obtained a copy of the tape on which a young man picks out Matthew Dillingham as he stands in a park, blows two air kisses to the camera, laughs, then hits and kicks the man as about a dozen people cheer.
Dillingham suffered minor injuries.
