Hosting: Billy Bush, a correspondent for the syndicated TV magazine show “Access Hollywood” -- and a cousin of President Bush -- has been chosen to host a revival of the game show “Let’s Make a Deal.” NBC has ordered five episodes to run next spring or summer, with former host Monty Hall serving as one of the executive producers.
