Kindergarten Sign-Up Packets Available Early
In an effort to speed up kindergarten sign-ups this year, the Conejo Unified School District will allow parents to pick up packets of registration forms two weeks early.
Packets will include several forms parents usually fill out on registration day and will be available at each of the district’s 20 elementary schools starting March 1.
Parents will be able to take the forms home and fill them out before returning for actual fall registration, which begins March 11 for children who will be 5 years old on or before Dec. 2. Packets are to be returned to the school office by March 15.
Needed for registration are proof of a child’s birth date, immunization records and two proofs of residence. Children will not be considered registered until the school office accepts all completed forms.
