$600-Million Garden Walk Project Approved

The City Council has unanimously approved a $600-million plan for Anaheim Garden Walk, a retail, hotel and restaurant development near Disneyland. Under the agreement with developer Excel Pointe Anaheim LLC, Anaheim would gain about $440 million in tax revenue over 30 years.
