Chiquita Recalls Soup Mislabeled as Beans

Chiquita Brands International Inc., which filed for bankruptcy protection in November, is recalling more than 6,000 pounds of chicken soup mislabeled as beans, the U.S. Department of Agriculture said.

The USDA said that the cans, labeled as S&W; Garbanzo Beans or S&W; Pinto Beans, actually contain two kinds of Wolfgang Puck chicken soup.

The products were distributed in Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah and Hawaii.
