A Bike by Any Name
Re “Sidewalk Spat Shaping Up Over Vehicle” (July 23), about the Segway human transporter: It’s got two wheels. It’s got a motor. By definition, it’s a motorized bicycle. Motorized bicycles are well-covered by existing laws in California.
