McVeigh Lawyers Seek Return of His Property
From Times Wire Reports
Nearly a year after Timothy J. McVeigh was executed, his attorneys have asked a court to return personal property used in the Oklahoma City bomber’s trial defense.
McVeigh’s will was filed in Vigo County Probate Court. The will, dated July 13, 2000, asks that attorney Rob Nigh Jr. receive his personal property.
Nigh plans to return the items, including photographs and the Bronze Star McVeigh received in the Gulf War, to McVeigh’s family.
