Coldwell Banker Expands

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of Greater Los Angeles announced it has acquired the six-office Coldwell Banker Town & Country franchise in Ventura County. The value of the acquisition was not disclosed.
The deal represents the first expansion of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of Greater Los Angeles into Ventura County.
The merger will include 140 sales associates in office sites in Camarillo, Mission Oaks, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks and Ventura. No layoffs or other major changes are planned as a result of the acquisition, a spokesman for the real estate brokerage company said.
