Ventura police arrested two adults and two juveniles on suspicion of shooting at a house and a car near Ventura Avenue.
The arrests came Sunday night after police received calls from residents in the 300 block of West Ramona Street about gunfire in the area. Police stopped a car leaving the neighborhood about 8:30 p.m. They found the occupants had a handgun and arrested them, authorities said.
The adult suspects were identified as Ricardo Cardona, 25, and Jose Vela, 19, both of Ventura. The two juveniles, whose names were not released because they are minors, were 16.
Several homes and a car were hit by gunfire, but no one was hurt.
