Memorial for Debs

A memorial service for former Los Angeles County Supervisor Ernest E. Debs, who died Sunday at the age of 98, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Board of Supervisors hearing room at the downtown Hall of Administration, 500 W. Temple St. Free parking will be available across the street at the Music Center.
