Pammolli offers an Italian Passover menu inspired by chef-owner Massimo Ormani’s wife, Daniela. It begins with matzo ball soup in capon broth, Tuscan gefilte fish and baby artichoke salad. Entree choices range from roast chicken with bitter herbs to Sephardic lamb shank. It’s $48 plus tax and tip (wine not included) at lunch and dinner from March 27 through April 2 (closed March 31). Easter Options: Alex has a five-course meal from noon to 8 p.m. Sunday. Choices include prime rib with Yorkshire pudding, veal tenderloin with foie gras butter, goat cheese souffle with caramelized pear and pan-roasted scallops. For dessert, a Swiss Easter tart. At the House, Scooter Kanfer serves a two-course ($25) or a three-course meal ($30) from 5 to 9 p.m. Entree choices are glazed ham, leg of lamb or wild salmon with asparagus and pink lentils. Rockenwagner does Easter brunch from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Appetizer choices include apple salad with Black Forest ham, white asparagus soup and orange-jicama salad with candied walnuts; the main course choices run from grilled shrimp and fried calamari salad to leg of lamb with potato gratin. The Polo Lounge offers a three-course brunch with a glass of champagne from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dishes include blue crab cakes, Dutch apple pancakes, roasted duckling, Hawaiian pink snapper filet, and pear and raisin tart.
