Ronstadt Tops O.C. Fair Lineup

Linda Ronstadt & Mariachi Los Camperos, New Orleans favorite sons the Neville Brothers and Orange County alternative bands Save Ferris and the Orange County Supertones top the Orange County Fair’s summer headline entertainment offerings.

The bill during the 110th annual Fair’s 17-day run includes a mix of rock, country and comedy acts starting July 12 with Bay Area rock band Huey Lewis & the News. Lewis will be followed by Wild Child (July 13), Ronstadt (July 14), Martina McBride (July 15), Indigo Girls (July 16), the Neville Brothers (July 17) and the B-52s (July 18).

The second week schedule brings Save Ferris (July 19), the Fab Four’s Beatles tribute (July 20), New Zealand-born country singer Keith Urban (July 21), the O.C. Supertones (July 22), the Guess Who (July 23), Styx (July 24) and Boz Scaggs (July 25).

Heart opens the fair’s final weekend of shows on July 26, followed by country singer Collin Raye (July 27) and Southern rock group Lynyrd Skynyrd (July 28).

Comedy acts will include Carrot Top (July 17-19) and Weird Al Yankovic (July 22-26).

Performances are free with fair admission, reserved seating is available for $10.
