Three people suffered minor injuries Saturday in a chain-reaction accident involving three cars and an Orange County Transportation Authority minibus, police said.

The four vehicles were lined up on Beach Boulevard at Katella Avenue at 4:15 p.m. As the light turned green, a car driven by Julia Gomez de Ramos, 39, accelerated, but a car in front of her either slowed or hit the brakes and she was forced to stop, police said.

De Ramos’ car was rear-ended by a car driven by Buu Nguyen, 50. His vehicle, in turn, was rear-ended by one driven by Linda Fry, 46. The bus, driven by Danna Rasmussen, 45, struck Fry’s car.
