RealEnergy Names New Chief Executive
* Alan Krusi has been named chief executive of RealEnergy Inc., a Woodland Hills-based power generation systems operator. He is a former president of construction services firm URS Corp.
* William D. Dallas has been elected chairman and chief executive of Affinity Corp., a West Hills-based fraud prevention and data quality services firm. Dallas is a co-founder of First Franklin Financial Corp.
* Robert Guralnick, current Warner Bros. consultant, has been appointed to the newly created position of president of production, motion pictures, at Mosaic Media Group, a Los Angeles-based film company and artist management agency.
* Curtis Palmer has joined commercial real estate services firm Insignia/ESG as senior managing director of its multi-housing properties practice. Kent Handleman has joined the company as managing director.
* Carmie Saldana has been promoted to managing director of money manager U.S. Trust in Los Angeles.
* Eric T. Smith has joined Metropolitan West Capital Management in Newport Beach as senior vice president and portfolio manager. He’s formerly of Banc of America Capital Management.
* James Ward, a former partner at accounting firm Parks, Palmer, Turner & Yemenidjian, has been appointed senior vice president of Los Angeles business consulting firm Sherwood Partners Inc.
* Union Bank of California has promoted Kurt M. Hocker to senior vice president in the corporate capital markets division and Joanne Busansky to senior vice president and director of commercial marketing and advertising. Both positions are in the bank’s commercial financial services division in Los Angeles.
The bank also promoted Robert C. Petersen to senior vice president and regional manager within the bank’s commercial banking division in Los Angeles.
* Morley Builders, a Santa Monica-based construction company, has promoted Tom Neary to director of business development, Lou Ly Pham to project manager, Carlos Orozco to project manager and Juan Olivera to senior estimator.
* Kirk Maier has been promoted to vice president of sales, commercial markets, in the Irvine-based digital information technology division of Samsung.
* Enfrastructure Inc., an Aliso Viejo-based infrastructure and facilities provider, has promoted Victor Memenas to vice president of operations and Brady Butcher to director of sales.
* Michael Keenan has been named vice president of sales and marketing at Moviola, a Hollywood-based media technology and post-production firm. Keenan is a former executive of streaming media company E-StudioLive.
