‘Lion King,’ ‘Aida’ in Inner Circle
Broadway Inner Circle, the New York ticket service that created a stir a year ago by announcing a $480 top price for “The Producers,” has added two Disney shows to its roster.
The Broadway Inner Circle “Lion King” tickets will go for $240 and “Aida” tickets for $180 -- which are the two prices that are in effect for most of the 12 productions on the company’s list.
The only exception remains “The Producers,” whose top tickets still cost $480 but a $240 price also is offered.
Broadway Inner Circle tickets are designed to undercut the scalpers’ market for the best seats in the hottest shows.
