Charter Boat Captain Faces More Charges

Richard Powers, the charter boat captain snared in a statewide undercover investigation of fishing violations, faces an additional nine felony charges filed Monday by the Sonoma County district attorney.
Authorities said they came up with additional charges after executing a search warrant following Powers’ arrest Aug. 19.
We’re looking at over 147 different Fish and Game Code violations,” said Deputy Dist. Atty. Brooke Halsey.
