Former Secretary of Defense to Speak

Casper Weinberger, chairman of Forbes Inc. and secretary of defense during the Reagan administration, will discuss his latest book, “In The Arena: A Memoir of the 20th Century,” at 5 p.m. Thursday at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, 40 Presidential Drive.
Ticket prices, which include dinner after the lecture, are $30. For reservations, call 522-2977.
