Man Injures 3 With Machete, Police Say
A man with a machete severely wounded his ex-wife and two of her relatives Wednesday afternoon before attempting to commit suicide, Los Angeles police said.
Investigators said the attack in the 1100 block of Douglas Street left the suspect’s 30-year-old ex-wife and 68-year-old former mother-in-law in critical condition and a former brother-in-law in serious condition.
The alleged attacker was reported to be in serious condition.
None of the names were released, and the motive was unknown.
