CIA Says Taped Voice Likely Is Bin Laden’s

The CIA has determined that an audiotape obtained this week is likely an authentic recording of Osama bin Laden, a U.S. intelligence official said.
It is not clear when the recording was made. Talk of war in Iraq is so general that the tape could have been recorded before the current war, the official said. The tape exhorts Muslims to rise up against Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Bahrain and Afghanistan and calls for suicide attacks against U.S. and British interests.
