County Forum to Detail El Toro Land Auction
It’s being touted as Orange County’s largest land sale in decades: the auction of about 3,500 acres of the former El Toro Marine base.
Officials will sponsor a forum on April 28 to explain the process.
The conference is aimed at executives from retail, office, residential, research and development, hospitality and golf course industries, as well as agricultural investors.
The property is to be sold before the end of the year through an online auction that will begin in the fall.
