Economic Growth Stagnant in Euro Zone

The euro zone economy stagnated in the second quarter of the year as recession in Germany and Italy relegated the bloc to the bottom of the global growth league, behind the United States and Japan.
The European Commission insisted that the picture would brighten, although its top estimate for quarterly growth is just 0.6% in the fourth quarter.
