Service Planned for Benny Carter
A memorial service and concert for saxophonist, composer-arranger and bandleader Benny Carter will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 28 at Schoenberg Hall on the UCLA campus. Carter died July 12 at the age of 95.
