The 12-year-old brother of the boy Michael Jackson is accused of molesting witnessed at least one of the alleged incidents, a source close to the investigation said Thursday.

The alleged victim was undergoing chemotherapy when his wish to meet Jackson was fulfilled. Authorities allege that the pop star served him wine before molesting him several times last winter during visits to Jackson’s Santa Ynez Valley compound, according to several sources involved in the case.

The 14-year-old boy was 12 at the time of the alleged crimes. His brother turns 13 next week.

Prosecutors said they plan to charge Jackson on Dec. 15 with multiple counts of child molestation, though they have not been more specific.

The allegations were first reported to authorities by a psychiatrist in June. The boy was referred to the therapist after his mother contacted attorney Larry Feldman.

Jackson was arrested after authorities armed with search warrants raided his Neverland ranch last month.

He surrendered two days later, on Nov. 20, and posted $3-million bond.

Santa Barbara County Dist. Atty. Thomas Sneddon has said that the victim will testify, but has not commented on any additional witnesses.

Jackson’s attorney, Mark Geragos, has said his client denies the allegations.
