A Huntington Beach teaching assistant faces accusations of lewd conduct with a child after he was caught with a 15-year-old girl he met on the Internet, according to police.
Charles Shinji Aizumi, 28, was ordered held on $50,000 bail after being taken into custody by police at 4:15 a.m. Saturday in the parking lot of the Yorba Linda Continuing Education Center.
